Textiles.

Textile or fabric printing offers many advantages over traditional banner PVC and self adhesive vinyl printing, the prints have much greater colour vibrancy, they are light weight, can be couriered in a bag or a box without getting creases or wrinkles. Textile printing is ideal for Silicone Edge Graphics both frontlit and backlit, media walls, table cloths, flags, furnishings and more.

To produce printed textiles we print direct to fabric or transfer paper, then run it through a dye sublimation process. This requires the print to be fed through a heat press where the fabric is heated up to 200 degrees C, at this point the ink turns into a gas and is absorbed into the fabric. This process gives deeper richer colour, and makes the prints less prone to scratching.

Banners.

We can print large size banners on a variety of surfaces, from pull up stands to collapsible screens.

Materials used range from high quality papers to heavy PVC.

Depending on the material used, banners can be rope sewn, hemmed, eyeleted and tailored to all installation scenarios. Blockout PVC is ideal for double-sided banners, or to avoid see-through.

If the light transmission is required (say for window banners or stage sets) we would recommend using PVC mesh.

Backlits.

Colours don’t look the same at night. Juggernaut offers the only double-sided (translucent) printing system available in NZ.

This ensures the colour accuracy in both lit and unlit situations. Your image and its colours remain true whether they are viewed at night or in the daylight.

We can also print onto synthetic translucent paper stock – ideal for backlit adshels and closely-viewed retail posters.

Billboards.

We produce billboards from 1 metre across to almost any size you can imagine.

Our incredibly clever technicians keep our equipment whirring along at optimum capacity. This means consistent quality output, uninterrupted printing schedules and a massive coffee bill.

But with a production rate of over 100 billboards a day, capacity is never a problem.

Adhesives.

Whether it’s a window, a wall or the floor you want to image, we will recommend the best combination of products to get the job done.

HP Latex Printing.

We have recently installed the latest print technology from HP, the Latex 3000 3.2m wide digital printer.

The printer uses water based latex inks that are environmentally friendly, VOC free and odor free. There is no need for prints to gas-off, so they can be laminated straight away, the inks are incredibly conformable which is ideal for vehicle wraps. The amazing resolution and colour make this printer ideal for adhesive vinyl, posters, point of sale prints, pullup stands and exhibition banners.

Flatbed.

Flatbed printing is the most cost effective method to image directly to rigid substrates. The UV cured ink forms a layer of ink on the surface of the substrate that is resistant to fading for 18-24 months. We print direct to: Corflute, palight, foamboard, rigid PVC, polypropylene, ACM, plywood, cardboard and many other paper based and recyclable sheets.

Our flatbed can print white ink. By laying down layers of white ink it helps the vibrancy of the colour on non-white or clear substrates.

Router Digital cutter.

The Zund digital cutter compliments our four large format printers. At 3.2m wide it allows us to trim our prints to precision quickly so we can get you the finished product faster.

Functions include cutting, creasing, drilling and kiss cutting. The Zund cutter combined with our Oce flatbed printer are ideal for point of sale 3D displays and short run packaging runs.
